Virtual AYA Paint Night

Please RSVP by: Saturday, September 12, 2020 to have supplies mailed to you for the event. Attendees can RSVP after this date but will be responsible for purchasing their own supplies.

Supplies needed: Watercolor paper, watercolor paint, paintbrush, and a Sharpie of choice.

• Consent form: Please read this prior to the hangout. This does NOT need to be signed; just by joining the WebEx meeting, you are consenting. (*If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent/guardian to join with you and be present for the first minute or two of the hangout. If you are 18 or older, you do NOT need a parent or guardian to join with you.)
• WebEx Instructions: If you do not already have Cisco WebEx installed, please follow these instructions to install WebEx on your preferred device (mobile phone, iPad, laptop, etc.) prior to the hangout.

After you register for the hangout, we will send you a link to join the WebEx meeting. Please do NOT share this link with anyone, this link is only to be used by CHOP Cancer Center patients who have registered for the virtual paint night.

In addition to a computer or mobile device with WebEx installed, we ask that you use headphones when connecting to the hangout if there are others around you who could hear your audio, in order to protect everyone's privacy.

Note: this event will be limited to 10 participants. There will be a waitlist if all spots fill up, and we will notify you if/when a spot becomes available.
